The Terms & Conditions below contain legal information regarding your rights according to the regulations on agreements for remote sales and electronic business transactions.

1. Scope of application
These terms and conditions apply for all deliveries from Southern Lord Recordings Europe (for here on out known as SLRE) to customers.
A customer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose which can be attributed neither to his/her commercial nor to his/her independent professional occupation.

2. Contractual partner
The purchase contract is made with:

3. Offers and contract conclusion
3.1 The products presented in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. Subject to errors.
3.2 By clicking the “Place order” button, you are placing a legally binding order of the products listed in the online shop. The contract to supply product to the customer comes about when the ordered articles are shipped to the customer. The confirmation that a customer’s order has been received does not represent an acceptance of the offer. It serves solely as information that the order has been received.

4. Right of revocation
4.1 Customers have the following right of revocation.
– Terms of revocation

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without stating a reason. The period of revocation is fourteen days from the date on which the goods were accepted by you or by a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must notify SLRE (SLRE, Haarlemmerweg 315B, 1051LG Amsterdam, The Netherlands, mailorder@southernlordeurope.com accordingly in an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. Sending notification of your intention to exercise your right of revocation prior to expiry of the period of revocation shall be sufficient to comply with the period of revocation.
– Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs that arise if you have selected a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which we received the notice of revocation. For this refund we use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until the goods have been returned to us or until such time as you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, at all events, within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the agreement. The deadline shall be deemed to have been complied with if the goods are dispatched prior to expiry of the deadline.
The immediate costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
You shall only be required to compensate any loss of value if said loss of value can be attributed to any unnecessary handling of the goods for the purpose of testing the condition, properties and functionality of said goods.

5. Prices and shipping costs
5.1 The prices shown on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

6. Information on product availability.

7. Payment.
Payment can be made either by bank transfer or Paypal.
Note: If you have placed an order and selected the payment via bank transfer, please pay within 2-4 business days. Orders that have not been paid within 10 business days will be canceled.

Additional information on ordering process
Once you have found your desired product, you can place it in your shopping cart by clicking the button “Add to cart”. You can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the button “View cart”. You can remove the contents of your cart at any time. If you would like to purchase the items in your shopping cart, click on the button “Proceed to checkout”. Then please enter all your information. Mandatory fields are marked with a *. Your information will be transmitted in encrypted form. You complete your order by clicking the button “Place order”. The ordering process can be cancelled at any time by closing the browser. You will be given additional information on each page, for example how to change your order.
